🚆 At Transitech, Inc., quality starts with the people behind the work. This week, we're proud to spotlight Brooks Eddington, the skilled leader of our Valve Crew with three years of service at our Fordyce facility.

Brooks specializes in tank car valve inspection, testing, repair, and assembly, and handles all AAR C-5 tank car service equipment work at our facility. His technical expertise and attention to detail are essential to maintaining the safety, integrity, and reliability of the railcars we service.

Brooks holds NDT Level II qualifications in Visual Testing (VT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and Leak Testing (LT), along with his Rail Individual RideTight QSP qualification through VSP Technologies. These qualifications reflect the specialized knowledge and precision he brings to every job.

His commitment to quality extends beyond the components he services. Brooks takes exceptional pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient Valve Room, reflecting the care and professionalism he brings to his work every day.

When asked what he's most proud of, Brooks had a simple answer: "The 100% effort I give in my work." That dedication, paired with his laid-back personality and appreciation for his coworkers, makes him a valued member of the Transitech team.

Outside of work, Brooks enjoys fishing, watching football, and spending time with his son. He's also a Kansas City Chiefs fan!

👏 Thank you, Brooks, for the expertise, dedication, and pride you bring to Transitech every day!

Our customers depend on quality workmanship, thorough inspections, and reliable repairs. At Transitech, we're proud to have qualified professionals like Brooks helping us deliver on that commitment.🔦
