🚆 Quality railcar service takes a team—and that teamwork extends from the shop floor to the office.
For the past 5½ years, Melody Grice has been part of that effort at Transitech. Her primary role is billing, but her contributions reach beyond invoices. She also assists our Quality Assurance Manager and Office Manager and steps in wherever she’s needed.
That range of responsibilities has given Melody experience across the administrative and quality functions that support our operations. She enjoys continuing to learn about the rail industry and understands the importance of following its many compliance requirements.
When asked what makes her proud to be part of Transitech, her answer was simple: “The quality of work that we perform.”
Outside the office, Melody loves spending time with her four grandkids and five children. As a preacher’s wife, her faith and church family are central to her life. She’s also a proud Fordyce Redbugs fan and says Southern hospitality is her favorite part of living and working in Arkansas.
Melody, thank you for your versatility, willingness to help, and pride in our team’s work. We’re grateful to have you at Transitech!🔦
